After serving in the U.S. Navy, Kelly ventured into real estate development and construction, obtaining his MBA and real estate licensing along the way. As a licensed General Contractor and Principal Real Estate Broker in the U.S., Kelly's portfolio boasts diverse projects ranging from single-family homes to commercial and industrial projects. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to operate in Sub-Saharan Africa, providing support to local government and the mining industry. Under Kelly's leadership, KCJ Development transitioned from supporting government contractors as a subcontractor to directly serving the U.S. government at home and overseas.

Perry's journey began in the U.S. Army, where he honed his skills as a Network Operator/Maintainer. His travels across Europe paved the way for a decade-long career in construction, where he rose to prominence as a Senior Project Manager. With a focus on government contracting, Perry's collaborations with industry giants like Northrop Grumman and Packaging Corporation of America have set new standards in contract compliance and LEAN Systems implementation. At KCJ Development, Perry spearheads our efforts to expand U.S. Government Contracting opportunities in Europe, leveraging his extensive experience and perspective.
